Outlook 2002, 2003, XP Email setup:

    1. Open Outlook 2003, select Tools from the top menu, and then E-mail Accounts... from the pull down list .

    2. In the E-mail Account category, select Add a new e-mail accounts and click the Next button to continue .

    3. In the new window under Server Type, select POP3.

    4. One the Internet E-mail Setting page, under User Information, In the space provided next to Your Name, type in your name as you would like it to appear on your outgoing e-mail messages. In the space provided next to E-mail Address, type in your full email address.

      Under Server Information, In the space provided next to Incoming mail server (POP3), enter enter pop3.iwdc.net. In the space provided next to Outgoing mail server (SMTP), enter smtp.iwdc.net.

      Under Logon Information, In the space provided next to User Name:, type your full email address. In the space provided next to Password: enter in your IWDC password. Put a check in the box labeled Remember password. DO NOT check "Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)".

      Next, Click the More Settings... button located in the bottom right corner of the window

    5. This will take you to the General tab. Ensure that the Mail Account is a descriptive name for your IWDC.net E-Mail account, and then select the Outgoing Server tab at the top.

    6. Make sure that My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication is checked. Select Logon Using. In the User Name, area enter outgoing@smtp.iwdc.net. In the Password area, enter ours3cr3t. Select Remember password, and click OK

    7. Now select the Advanced tab. In the Server Port Numbers section, make sure that your Outgoing mail (SMTP): port is set to 365. In the Incoming mail (POP3):, make sure the number is set to 110. Click OK when you have completed verifying all of the above information.

    8. After you've clicked OK, you will be taken back to the Internet E-mail Setting page. Select click the Next button to continue.

    9. Congratulations, you have now set up Outlook Express as your e-mail program. Click Finish
